Welcome to Mr. Toad's Wild Ride! (yes, I like to use obscure, now-defunct Disneyland references). As many of you have experienced over the last week we've had a few problems with the billing system. Thanks to a bit of work, most of these problems have been cleared up, but not all. Still to be fixed are the following: - NEW ACCOUNTS - New accounts can't currently be created as credit card information is not being accepted. Yes, this is of the highest priority. **New Accounts can now be created. Please report any problems you encounter.
- Renewing Expired Accounts - this is not auto-renewal. Auto-renewal has saved credit card information and works fine. (If it is not, please submit a ticket immediately or contact support@istaria.com). However, should you need to enter your credit card to renew your account, you'll run into the same error you would as if you were creating a new account. **This has been corrected. Please submit a ticket for any additional problems you may have.
- Limitation of Subscription Logins per Account - if you have three or more subscriptions per account, you will be currently limited to logging in only two of those accounts. *This has been corrected. Please submit a ticket should you encounter additional problems.
- Multiple Account Consignment Listings - accounts with more than two subscriptions are currently only able to list one subscriptions worth of consignment.
- Changing Subscription Length/Adding Additional Subscriptions - currently, you cannot change the length of your subscription (i.e from one month billing to three month billing) or add an additional subscription to your existing account
